The workflow

From mandate to closing, without leaving the platform

One deal card feeds everything downstream. You enter the company once; the ratios, the teaser, the memorandum and the buyer search all draw on it.

  1. 1

    Build the deal card

Company, figures, structure and story, captured once and reused everywhere. Your client's documents go straight into the data room.

  2. 2

    Value the business

Ratios and multiples from the figures you enter, a benchmark against listed comparable companies, and a valuation across six methods, all ready to drop into the memorandum.

  3. 3

    Generate teaser and IM

Both produced in minutes from the deal card. Use the AI or write it yourself; the template and the wording stay yours.

  4. 4

    Find my buyer

A shortlist drawn from a PE/VC database and from strategic acquirers, matched on sector affinity and on trade relationships between countries.

  5. 5

    Run the pitch campaign

A short pitch email goes out through Brevo with a link to your portal. The teaser and the memorandum stay behind the login.

  6. 6

    Close in the portal

Counterparties reach the deal, the data room and the Q&A according to where they stand in the process.

Buyer intelligence

The hard part is not the memorandum. It is the list.

Any adviser can write a teaser. Finding the twenty counterparties actually worth approaching is where a mandate is won or lost, and it is what most firms do from memory and a spreadsheet.

  • Private equity and venture capital funds, with their stated mandate and sector focus
  • Strategic acquirers selected on sector affinity to the target
  • Matching on trade relationships between the target's country and the buyer's
  • A shortlist per mandate, reviewable and editable before anything goes out
  • Contact history kept per counterparty, across mandates
  • Export at any time; the list is yours

Portal, data room and Q&A

Your counterparties log in to your platform

Not a shared folder and not an attachment. Investors and acquirers enter a branded portal where what they see depends on where they stand in the negotiation.

  • Three roles: administrator, investor and client, each with its own view
  • A counterparty sees one deal, or your whole portfolio if you allow it
  • Document access set per user and per pre-NDA or post-NDA level
  • An activity log showing who viewed what, which you can choose to share with your client
  • Every document is watermarked with the name and domain of whoever downloads it
  • A customisable Q&A attached to the memorandum, so questions stay in one place
  • Two-factor authentication on every account
  • Domain allow and deny lists, so only the addresses you accept can register

FAQ

Questions advisers ask first

Who is MNA4.me for?

Independent M&A advisers, corporate finance boutiques, business brokers and transaction services firms who run mandates for their own clients. It is a workspace for the adviser, not a marketplace.

Does it bring me deals?

No. MNA4.me does not send you mandates and does not list companies for sale. What it does bring is the other side: for a mandate you already have, it identifies the funds and strategic acquirers worth approaching.

Is the teaser emailed out?

No. The campaign email is a short pitch with a link. The teaser, the memorandum and every other document stay behind the login, and access is set by NDA status.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. The teaser and the memorandum can be written entirely by hand, and the AI can be left switched off. On Enterprise you can also run it on your own keys.

Can other firms see my deals?

No. Every space is closed. Deals, companies, investors, documents, users, messages and exports never cross between firms, on either plan.

Can MNA4.me see my deals?

No. The operator cannot read the content of your space, and nothing is aggregated or reused without your written opt-in.

What does self service mean?

You sign up, configure your brand and start working. No sales call, no contract negotiation, and on Pro no commitment at all.

Who operates the platform?

IMERGEA, a cross-border M&A advisory firm based in Hyeres, France, with an office in Johannesburg. It was built for IMERGEA's own mandates and opened to other firms. Isolation applies to IMERGEA's space exactly as it does to yours.
